Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/x)

We are looking for a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/x) to join our team in India as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Plan, design, and keep track of projects
Electrical design of units and systems in accordance with global, as well as national standards
Answer technical questions, based on dedicated areas of responsibility
Budget proposals for projects
Select and qualify sub suppliers
Support training of new employees
Work with various departments, especially the manufacturing and testing division
Communicate project needs and metrics to other managers and teams
Site support and site supervision
Startup support and testing

Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Master’s degree in engineering management or business administration is beneficial
Several years of experience in engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 consecutive years in engineering positions is required
Ideally experience in project management
Proficiency in engineering principles and practices
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Experienced in electrical CAD tools and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, motivate employees, and resolve conflicts
Project Management Professional (PMP) is beneficial
Six Sigma Green Belts or Six Sigma Black Belt Candidates are preferred
