Termotecnica Industriale S.r.l. was born in 1982 from the experience of the Carucci family in the design and installation of industrial plants. Since then, for over 30 years, the company has dedicated itself with constant commitment to the consolidation and specialization of its skills.
From preliminary analyzes to design for construction, the activities carried out today include the turnkey construction of complex industrial plants:
• Complete thermal power stations
• Steam generators
• Heat generators with diathermic oil, superheated water, hot water
• Complete plants for the distribution of process fluids
• Water softening, demineralization, filtration, ultrafiltration and water purification plants

First choice for paper and self-adhesives
From the very beginning this group has worked with special papers for their performance and aesthetics. Over time they have specialized in the production of special papers for packaging, graphics, print and art, and in converting paper and other materials into self-adhesive solutions.

Challenges:
The issue in the first phase was convincing the customer to switch to a completely different technology turbine meter versus UFM, than to meet the technical restrictions done by the authority. Thanks to the support of our Product Manager Gas Meter, we have stated the accuracy class of temperature from 1/3 B to Class A more precisely. Because of that the authorities have authorized the installation. In parallel our test department provided the appropriate information to solve technical issues which occurred in the field at a later date.
Solution:
We have sold our TME400 VC and replaced the UFM Flow sick 500. Because in this kind of application having a fast regulation the best solution is the turbine meter, the UFM mostly have a response too low in comparison to our product. From this experience our customer doesn’t want to switch any more to products of other manufacturers unless his final customer obliges him to buy a specific brand.
This application is requested from the notify body to reach the benefits in term of cashback from the state for energy saving. And to do so in Italy, you need a flow measure or acc. to MID or with a specifics feature. This was the case to have the TME400VC with internal temperature in Class A.
