Hydrogen measurements
RMG Messtechnik GmbH has experience with 100% H2 applications and blending of natural gas with hydrogen as well as with other gases since the 1960s.
Compared to natural gas, hydrogen has a much lower energy density.

This results in different requirements for volume and energy measurement.
Our turbine meters are 100% hydrogen compatible. The ultrasonic meters are in tests at 100% H2 gas in various pilot plants. At 40% H2 mixed gases the ultrasonic meters are already verified. Due to the approval incl. Beattie & Bridgeman, the flow computers have already been in use for many years in pure gases. For gas analysis RMG Messtechnik GmbH offers a very wide range of instruments for different requirements.
